  1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participants must be actively involved in cattle ownership or management (e.g., cow/calf, feedlot, or ranch operation). Proof of eligibility may be required. Employees of Blueprint and its parent company, Alltech, Inc. (on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries), a Kentucky corporation, with offices located at 3031 Catnip Hill Road, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356 (the “Alltech”), or its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.   1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Blueprint, 3031 Catnip Hill Rd., Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356 (“Sponsor”).

  1. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  1. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on September 1, 2025, at 9 a.m. EST. and ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.

  1. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the online entry form available via the Sponsor’s official Facebook post or by visiting the Sponsor’s website [insert link once form is live]. The form will request contact information and limited farm operation details (e.g., herd size, cattle type) to confirm eligibility. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries or use automated means will result in disqualification.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

  1. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ton (2,000 lbs) of Blueprint® Cow Calf 5 Mineral. Approximate retail value: $[valued between $500–$1,000]. Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash or other substitution permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for transportation/delivery from nearest dealer location unless otherwise specified.

  1. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about October 1, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the potential winner does not respond within [7] days, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.

  1. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner will be issued a Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

By participating, entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or its parent company Meta.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://www.alltech.com/privacy-policy-and-terms-use. By entering, you consent to receive future marketing communications from Sponsor. You may opt out at any time. Data will be stored securely and not shared with unaffiliated third parties.

  1. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. Any misrepresentation regarding cattle ownership or eligibility will result in disqualification.
